Completed agent responses were counted as "Needs you" and could keep the compact notch occupied after work stopped. This change reserves that state for active questions and permissions, gives ready responses and errors separate sections, and labels compact errors distinctly. Stale or exited requests attached to errors no longer prevent review; active requests and newer unseen records remain protected.
The menu bar now uses a native vector template because the previous SF Symbol resolved to no image. Bumps Broschy to 0.8.2 (build 15), updates the integration guide, and refreshes the sample screenshot.
Validation: full isolated test suite and release build passed locally; the additional error acknowledgment cases passed the AgentBridge suite. Checked expanded and compact agent states with isolated sample data, rendered the menu icon on light/dark backgrounds, and verified the signed local app bundle. CI must pass before merge and release packaging.
