Change

Build Watch previously followed one target, and the resting notch strip extended below the menu bar. Add a persistent repository/branch/PR watchlist with independent polling, failures, completion history, and compact aggregation. Migrate the existing enabled watch without re-enabling disconnected settings.

Fit the resting surface to the menu-bar band, add a small hover preview and restrained opening/closing springs, and prevent tracking events from reopening an explicitly dismissed panel. Preserve Reduce Motion and the camera gap.

Release 0.8.3 also fixes local source/object paths embedded in SwiftPM binary debug records. Assemble a fresh declared bundle, strip STABS debug records before signing, and fail packaging when a raw-byte privacy/inventory check detects local paths, credential patterns, or unexpected payload. Keep the legacy bundle and storage identities.

Validation

  • bash test.sh, including migration, independent watch lifecycle, geometry, and bundle-privacy regression cases.
  • Release build, plist validation, strict/deep signature verification, and CLI help.
  • Native previews: light/dark, compact/expanded, Reduce Motion/Transparency, multiple watches, scrolling, duplicate validation, add/edit/remove, and PR forms.
  • Separate local lifecycle harness: 72 assertions covering dismissal, reversals, synthetic tracking events, and Reduce Motion.
  • Source/history/publication text secret scan, documentation/image review, and independent candidate-bundle audit. Publication is separately gated on final archive verification.

Physical hover smoothness and broader display/macOS compatibility remain manual coverage. Build Watch remains opt-in and read-only through GitHub CLI.

Integration

Included in main by merge commit 895281cc7a1fe511f4702123505681d878516726. Its Git tree is identical to the head that passed Build and test. The merge API returned an error after updating main, leaving this PR open; closing the completed PR preserves the recorded commit and validation.
