Site Check had a path filter. A required check that does not run on a PR leaves that PR waiting forever, so the filter goes. The job takes a few minutes: two wasm builds, the arena build, and the assemble script.
After this merges I will add "Site assembles with every referenced file" to the required checks on master, as you asked.
