Release Worldwide 1.31.2 with the fix for Catalan names of Spain's provinces in #651.
What approach did you choose and why?
Bump
Worldwide::VERSIONandGemfile.lock, and move the Unreleased changelog entry into a dated 1.31.2 section. The only change since 1.31.1 is a data fix, so this is a patch release.What should reviewers focus on?
Version and changelog accuracy. This PR contains no runtime changes.
