Docs-only mirror of the live effort-log completion row for board c4548ce2 / merged 1a4f69298 (#864), per the effort-log protocol.

Summary

  • Adds a completion entry to docs/EFFORT-LOG.md for the Muse Code engine work merged in PR Add Muse Code engine, and hold the capability matrix to the drivers #864 as commit 1a4f69298.
  • Records the successful squash/auto-merge and the green hosted validation gates across macOS, Ubuntu, Windows, smoke, lint, security, control-plane, package, Swift/iOS, and classification jobs.
  • Documents the review corrections: removal of the unsupported max effort level and correction of the “Why This Engine” layout regression.
  • Captures the merge-gate lesson that unresolved review threads can block a fully green pull request, along with notes about removing Playwright artifacts and avoiding branch changes during test runs.
  • Notes the isolated local test failure as a load-related timing flake, while leaving the unverified real Muse Code turn and future adapter ownership decision explicitly open for follow-up.

This change updates the effort log only and does not alter application behavior.

kody code-review Business Logic medium

🤔 Insufficient Task Context

I found a task linked to this PR, but it only contains minimal information (title only, no description or acceptance criteria). To perform a meaningful business rules validation, I need more details.

🔍 What I need to validate:

  • Business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Expected behavior and business rules
  • Edge cases and constraints to consider

💡 How to improve the task context:

  • Add a description to the linked ticket
  • Include acceptance criteria or business rules
  • Describe the expected behavior after the change

⚠️ Important:

A task title alone is not sufficient to determine whether the implementation is correct or complete.

💡 This validation runs automatically only on the first review of a pull request. To run it again, comment @kody -v business-logic.
