Summary

Fixes the weekly pricing audit workflow to install dependencies before running the audit script.

Changes

• Enabled npm caching in the Node setup step of pricing-audit.yml.
• Added an Install dependencies step before Run Pricing Audit to ensure the packages from the lockfile are available, as the audit script imports zod.
• Install is run with scripts skipped since the audit does not require a generated client.

This ensures node scripts/audit-model-pricing.mjs runs with its required dependencies installed.
