This PR completes fleet naming by purging remaining
agent-syncreferences from dated audit docs and updating the live incident runbook pointer. Indocs/audits/2026-07-15-branch-dispositions.md,2026-07-20-grok3-full-app-expert-review.md,2026-08-17-backend-durability.md, and2026-08-17-outcomes-projections.md, Slack#agent-sync/ Agent Sync Relay / AGENT-SYNC.md wording is replaced with fleet-relay / fleet coordination channel / fleet handbook wording. In the livedocs/runbooks/sqlite-data-loss-incident.md, the incident-active notification target is changed from Slack#agent-syncto Zulip#Work-In-Progress, which changes operator coordination behavior during SQLite data-loss response. No source logic is changed; impact is documentation-only except for the runbook coordination pointer. No tests were added and no test runs, approvals, or runtime verification are reported, so behavior remains unverified. Unresolved risk per automated review: the
2026-07-15-branch-dispositions.mdedit replaces the literal branch key for the coordination-stanza branch, breaking git traceability for that audit row (medium).
