Summary
Finalize IT-ToolBox 3.0.0 by aligning the README, manifest, release notes and timer implementations. This closes the gap left by the earlier timer PR, which added regression tests without the corresponding production fixes.
Scope
Stop-TimerandGet-TimerStatusvalidation and diagnostic fixes. The module GUID, 29-function API and PowerShell 7.4+ requirement remain unchanged. Null timer arguments now raise parameter-binding errors; valid timer calls retain their existing behavior.
Validation
Notes
The module archive builds successfully. Windows and Linux validation runs through CI. Live AD, remote CIM and service authentication remain outside the tested integration scope.
This PR finalizes repository content for 3.0.0; it does not create a release tag or publish the module.
