…d-page warnings A booking page now starts unpublished (SMOODEV-3766, ADR-147 §5), but the CLI had no way to publish it and handed out links that answered "not available". Add `config publish` / `config unpublish` over PUT /booking/config/:org/published, and warn from `link` and `types create` when the page isn't published. Problem
SMOODEV-4188. Since SMOODEV-3766 (smooai ADR-147 §5), a booking page starts unpublished, and nobody can book it until it is published. The dashboard, the hosted MCP and the API can publish a page;
