Releases socketsecurity 2.11.5 and moves the default reachability engine from Coana CLI 15.13.0 to 15.13.1.
The pin in
DEFAULT_COANA_CLI_VERSIONand the documented default for--reach-versionare updated together so--reachuses the new engine after a normalpipupgrade unless callers override with--reach-version latestor an explicit semver.
