[CONTENT-3798] README update for marketing

Summary

Adds the approved Sonar header and CDN-hosting explanation, a Marketing-owned introduction, and a relevant product route. Repository-status badges remain above the Marketing boundary.

The approved logos are hosted by Sonar Marketing on its Kentico Kontent CDN (assets-eu-01.kc-usercontent.com). Shared CDN URLs are intentional; the README source comment explains their provenance.

The existing technical instructions, version requirements, configuration, support and contribution policies, security guidance, and licensing are preserved.
