Summary

  • Detect stale RLS predicate mirrors with migration checksums and contributor verification guidance.
  • Atomically claim DLQ reprocessing through a service-role-only database RPC, with concurrent-claim regression coverage.
  • Share valid and invalid contract address fixtures across backend and frontend tests.
  • Verify network/Horizon mismatch rejection is consistent across all three Stellar template families.

Verification

git diff --check passed. Compilation and tests were not run, as requested.
