Summary
The
architecture.svgdiagram contained bare&characters in text labels (e.g. "students & small vendors"), which is invalid XML. When GitHub serves the SVG standalone via a raw<img>embed, the browser XML parser fails withxmlParseEntityRef: no name(line 14) and the diagram does not render.This escapes all bare
