Creating a 7.6 VTF with an unspecified compression level creates a broken AXC resource

The AXC resource points to a location outside the data... not sure if it's garbage, or possibly just not adding the resource data at that location, I didn't do the math. I couldn't load this VTF in any viewer that supports 7.6, but I could load a VTF created with the same command plus -c <number> (the original command being vtex2 convert -f dxt1 --version 7.6 image.png).
