body[0]: Required attribute key label is missing, so contributors only saw the maintainer-only blank issue and contact links.Impact
After merge, contributors can choose the Bug report, Feature request, or OGraf compatibility form. Security reports continue to use GitHub's private vulnerability reporting flow.
