…everse-actualization + build orders Design document fusing two seeds: (1) git primitives map 1:1 onto the quilt kernel's six opcodes (commit=BIND, branch/remote=LINK, merge=EFFECT, checkout=VIEW, fetch/push=TICK, gc=FORGET) — the isomorphism is structural, not metaphor; (2) 2036 reverse-actualization where intent is the interface and attention is automated, reversed into build orders. Build orders: P0.1 INTENT.md->pipeline (intention surface), P0.2 Jev judgment gate on lifecycle events (validated live: 0.95->0.04 substance detection on degraded worklogs, ~300ms/8q batch, sub-cent), P0.3 projection proof (STATE.md rendered from quilt WAL), P1 gauge/lighthouse/breeding, P2 cross-repo grand quilt. Honest edges: Jev conservatism must flag-not-block; identity cells extend the kernel vocabulary; FORGET needs a policy not just an opcode; WAL schema versioning from day one.

What this is
The design document for what git-agent becomes. It fuses two of Casey's seeds into one argument with three parts:
Part I — the isomorphism. Git's primitives map 1:1 onto the quilt kernel's six opcodes: commit=BIND, branch/remote=LINK, merge/rebase=EFFECT, checkout/worktree=VIEW, fetch/push=TICK, gc/reflog-expiry=FORGET. Not a metaphor — a structural identity. The quilt kernel's contribution is making these explicit, hash-chained, and replayable across every repo an agent touches.
Part II — 2036 reverse-actualization. Simulate ten years out (intent is the interface; agents are legible; judgment is typed and cheap; repositories breed; applications are projections), then reverse each capability into a build order.
Part III — build orders. P0.1 INTENT.md→pipeline. P0.2 Jev judgment gate (validated live on real vessel data: degraded worklog scored 0.04 vs 0.95 clean, 8 questions ~300ms, sub-cent). P0.3 projection proof — STATE.md rendered from the WAL. P1 gauge/lighthouse/breeding. P2 cross-repo grand quilt.
Plus honest edges: Jev must flag-not-block; identity needs vessel/* cells (PR #1); FORGET needs a policy; WAL schema versioning from day one.
Docs-only PR — no code changes. Pairs with PR #1 (the quilt emitter this doc's P0 row references).
