…gn-drift (e-witness instrument consumption) Reconstruction of the 23:56 9/30 booking (branch edge14-pending-delta-shape, commit 7ddd151) lost in a /tmp wipe before push. Rebuilt on the edge13-flip tip with every fact re-verified live: - delta-shape#1 (OPEN, head e6a8f24, base e2ad00d) vendors quilt-ewitness src/eproc.mjs by bytes (@ 61b9e04, sha256 aad90ac5...); witnessDrift() sha256-checks the vendored instrument before trusting it. - Weight law: an OPEN PR earns nothing — booked PENDING=0.05, provenance NULL (Pin 4 audits merged PRs only; the pointer lives in the claim). Upgrade path: merge + human load-bearing check, never self-upgraded. Precedent: aw-jev-kat booked PENDING on open jev-quilt#47, flipped the morning after merge. - Seed: +2 nodes (qe-eproc-witness, ds-esign-drift), +2 repos, edge #14. - Pins: edge count 17->18; view 12->13 mass-carrying repos (delta-shape enters at PENDING mass, sixth to-node born after seeding); Pin 3o books the reconstruction facts; panel counts updated. - Discovery: hint registered for the new PENDING edge's to-repo scan. - REFERRAL_GRAPH.md: fourteenth-edge log entry with view recompute. Pins: 113/113 offline green, 114/114 live green (incl. provenance audit). Stacked on edge13-verified-flip (#29): zero file overlap with #30.
