What

The thirtieth edge, found by the cron's org-review fallback (every queue-top item is Casey-gated; wave69 surfaced in the born-repos sweep): qmr-chain-dialect → w69-sticky-receipts, weight PENDING (mass 0.05).

Receipt shape: SuperInstance/wave69 (born 2026-10-04T00:19Z, sole/initial commit 5258586088) ships cells/sticky_receipts.mjs on main whose module header declares — at line 11, in-tree:

// CHAIN DIALECT: deliberately the fleet's qmr1 (quilt-mcp-receipts @ 889960a9):

The from-technique's canonical home is named BY NAME at a pinned 40-char commit, verified live 2026-10-04: SuperInstance/quilt-mcp-receipts@889960a932b8c98ff17f14f8877d332c851ab11c exists (message: "DESIGN.md + README.md: qmr1 spec, threat model, and the v2 path" — the commit that landed the dialect spec). The dialect formula is re-derived in-repo and the chain walked link-by-link in tests.

Weight-law read: 5258586088 is a direct main commit on a repo born that way — no PR exists, so per the git-agent#1 precedent and the dance-of-growth booking (ga→bh / bh→qo, both PENDING on main-direct cultures) the citation is provenance, not currency: PENDING at mass 0.05 with pinned-tree provenance SuperInstance/wave69@5258586088 and a recorded upgrade path — never self-upgraded. Naming quality is the slackwater-rust shape (repo + commit); only the procedural gap (no merged PR in the to-node's repo) keeps it from VERIFIED, unlike edge #29 which has a substantive naming gap (no repo citation at all).

Provenance order the weight law demands holds: dialect spec landed 2026-10-02/03, citation born 2026-10-04. quilt-mcp-receipts' FIRST outgoing edge (from-node-only); wave69's FIRST inbound — the fifteenth post-seed to-node, entering the view at PENDING mass only.

FAIL-first pins: count 29→30 (Pin 0), view 22→23 (Pins 3/3s — wave69 enters at 0.2%), new Pin 3w (7 checks). 180/180 offline, 183/183 --live green. Stacks on #43 (edge #29) — same merge train, no duplication.

Test plan

  • node experiments/referral_graph.pins.mjs — 180/180 offline
  • node experiments/referral_graph.pins.mjs --live — 183/183 (live PR audit + @sha provenance audit clean, incl. the new wave69@5258586088 ref)

…— false-positive 404s closed

Pin 4's live audit parsed every provenance/receipt ref as org/repo#N and ran
gh pr view on it. The two edges born PENDING on main-direct cultures
(ga-quilt-emit->bh-wal-ticks @ SuperInstance/backward-holdem@ee18090,
bh-wal-ticks->qo-feed-v1 @ SuperInstance/quilt-overhead@dd87e7c) carry
pinned-TREE provenance in repo@sha dialect, so num came out undefined and
both were reported '=404' — 1/160 checks red on a pristine-main live run
(2026-10-04 05:1x pulse).

Fix: extract auditRef(ref) — '#' form still requires a MERGED PR (weight
law untouched); '@' form verifies the commit EXISTS via gh api (a pinned
tree is provenance of a PENDING birth, not a merge claim). Two new pins:
real pinned tree resolves clean; an all-zero sha flags instead of passing
silent. Live: 162/162 green (was 159/159 offline, 1/160 live red).
…rust (05:56 pulse)

Cross-language twin transfer: slackwater-rust#1 (MERGED 2026-10-02T21:38:19Z,
merge 3b077cfe) translates slackwater-lattice#1's hex-distance property suite
(MERGED 18:05:53Z — provenance order holds, 3h32m) into lattice-core's
iff-consistency audit, citing the source repo AND its commit 5bff9a3 at 4
anchored sites on the merged tree. Weight law met; never self-upgraded.

FAIL-first pins: count 27->28, view 20->21 with slackwater-rust between
quilt-tournament and tidepool, Pin 3u for the edge. Stacks on PR #41
(live-audit @ref fix) — merged order #41 then this, no duplication.
166/166 offline, 169/169 --live green.
…HDC seam (06:56 pulse)

Org-review booking: quilt-pincher#15 (FB1 ExoJ binding layer, MERGED
2026-10-03, merge aee6f938) lands src/hdc/exoj-field.ts binding the ExoJ
amplitudes into the pinch seam — but cites only "fleet-seeds lode
2026-10-03 (§4)" + the words "ExoJ canon exoj/": NO repo-name citation,
NO 40-char SHA, NO exoj#N. The lode's derivative even adds a fourth
amplitude ι absent from the exoj charter (γ/η/Δ + identity fragments).

PENDING per the weight law + git-agent#1 precedent: provenance booked,
upgrade path recorded (a qp follow-up naming SuperInstance/exoj + a
pinned commit flips VERIFIED, like slackwater-rust#1 did), never
self-upgraded. FAIL-first: count 28->29, view 21->22 (quilt-pincher
single PENDING behind backward-holdem), Pin 3s view length, new Pin 3v.

173/173 offline, 176/176 --live green. Stacks on PR #42.
…cky receipts (13:09 pulse)

THIRTIETH edge, found by the cron's org-review fallback (queue top items
all Casey-gated): wave69 (born 2026-10-04T00:19Z, sole commit 5258586088)
ships cells/sticky_receipts.mjs naming the fleet's qmr1 dialect home BY
NAME at a pinned 40-char commit — 'CHAIN DIALECT: deliberately the
fleet's qmr1 (quilt-mcp-receipts @ 889960a9)' — the SHA verified live
against SuperInstance/quilt-mcp-receipts (889960a932b8 = the qmr1
DESIGN.md/README.md spec commit).

Main-direct culture (repo born with the citation; no PR exists), so per
the git-agent#1 precedent + the ga->bh / bh->qo dance-of-growth booking
the citation is provenance, not currency: PENDING at mass 0.05 with
pinned-tree provenance + recorded upgrade path (any wave69 merged PR
carrying the citation flips VERIFIED — never self-upgraded). Naming
quality is the slackwater-rust shape (repo + commit); only the
procedural gap keeps it from VERIFIED.

Pins: count 29->30 (Pin 0), view 22->23 (Pins 3/3s — wave69 enters at
PENDING mass), new Pin 3w (7 checks). 180/180 offline, 183/183 --live
green. Stacks on #43 (edge29) — same merge train.
