LCDirectLAN is designed to be compatible with other mods, and even vanilla/no-mod players, however as with any mod that changes the game behavior by a significant amount, there are bound to be some incompatibilities when combined with other mods.
Here are some known compatible and incompatible mods:

Tested with LCDirectLAN v1.0.0 and BiggerLobby v2.6.0, lobby with 6 players, works without any known issues.
