Adds Lizard (lizard.build) to the sandbox provider guide so readers can find the community package and its setup instructions.

🎯 Changes

• Add @lizard-build/tanstack-ai under a new Community providers section, with supported features, required credentials, and a link to its public README.
• Update the provider page's updatedAt date.
• No TanStack package changes or changeset. Lizard maintains the adapter in its own repository.

This PR stays in draft until the npm release is available. The linked source and README are already public.

Testing

• pnpm test:pr passed with Node 24.8.0 and pnpm 11.9.0: React Native smoke checks, all 81 affected tasks, and the declaration-file scan.
• The documentation check scanned 835 Markdown files and found no broken links.
• Checked the new row and the linked README. This is easy to review as a two-file docs diff; no executable TanStack code changed.

Risk and rollback

The entry links to a package maintained outside TanStack. If the listing needs to be withdrawn, remove its row and section and revert the date update.

Thanks for supporting TanStack and for the Lizard sandbox adapter. We are not listing community providers in the main docs, so we will not merge this. The package and its README can stay the place people find setup and limits.
