### Summary - Upgraded `osm-osw-reformatter` from `0.3.7` to `0.4.0`. - Removed the deprecated `warnings` field from service responses and data models. - Updated API examples, fixtures, and unit tests accordingly. - Verified all 73 unit tests pass.
