🎯 What: Function validate_graphify_outputs in tools/scripts/check_graphify.py was overly long and handled multiple output format validations in a single monolithic loop.

💡 Why: Refactoring validate_graphify_outputs by extracting helper functions (_get_generated_files, _validate_json_file, _validate_html_file, _validate_md_file, _validate_single_file) improves code readability, testability, and maintainability while preserving exact validation logic and return signatures.

✅ Verification: Verified Python syntax using python3 -m py_compile, visually inspected the file via read_file, and ran the full workspace test suite via cargo test --workspace --all-targets.

✨ Result: Reduced function length and cognitive complexity of validate_graphify_outputs into clean, single-responsibility helper functions.
