🎯 What:
Replaced unsafe curl ... | bash and irm ... | iex pipe-to-shell execution instructions across documentation, skill definitions, and installer script headers with safe explicit download-to-file and execute instructions (curl -fsSL ... -o install.sh && bash install.sh and Invoke-WebRequest ... -OutFile install.ps1; .\install.ps1).

⚠️ Risk:
Piping remote scripts directly to shell interpreters (curl ... | bash / irm ... | iex) executes unverified code without giving users an opportunity to inspect the script, and partial downloads due to network instability can lead to unintended command execution.

🛡️ Solution:
Updated all documentation and installer headers to mandate explicit script downloading to a local file before execution, giving users full inspectability and preventing partial-execution vulnerabilities.
