Version: 1.1.5 docs(content-model): reconcile and qualify S01 - #223
S01's shipped-fix record was still pending after the independent baseline. This follow-up consumes PR #221's authoritative manifest and records BCsabaEngine's contribution, landed #145 correction, #210 singleton normalization and v1.1.2 delivery. It distinguishes current independently reproduced SOAP/gateway evidence from historical checks and the contributor's production report, then links remaining limits to stable cases, CM findings and downstream owners.
The record supplies concrete S02 decisions and starting artifacts; the roadmap selects #168 after S01 closure. #169/#170 still require its reviewed ADR draft. A narrowly necessary test-tool correction pins lxml 6.1.0 instead of 6.0.2 after GitHub surfaced CVE-2026-41066 in Dependabot PR #222. Libxml2 remains 2.14.6. Requirements, the manifest's tool version and setup docs agree; no case, literal semantic expectation, production code/dependency/default, workflow or release metadata changes.
Checklist
Reuses the delivered manifest and occurrence/transport fixtures
Preserves contributor attribution and historical release/merge facts
Links owned gaps and separates reproduced, historical and reported evidence
Corrected pinned setup and full reference qualification pass
Independent follow-up review approved the final corrected head with no actionable findings
How to test
npm run reference:setup
npm run test:reference:full
npm run ci
Final head: 2c8d95e6358d51d3115702db98a02d248c3d2dcb. Base: merged #166 commit b86c653dfa0672231ca9b7cbc56d15ef6ae18bae. That earlier tree matches #166 head 94340c89b384831b411edce61c1e9994119b51d6; its full local CI, 14-case/40-instance reference qualification, hosted Node 24/26 and merged-main checks passed.
Fresh setup installs lxml 6.1.0/libxml2 2.14.6, xmlschema 4.2.0 and elementpath 5.0.4. Full reference qualification passes on this exact clean head with unchanged observations, including the assigned disabled-element disagreement. Fresh final npm run ci passed on the clean corrected head: 670 tests/55 files, all conformance stages, required reference subset, docs, pipeline smoke and installed-package consumers covering 73 TypeScript artifacts. No required local checks were skipped. Hosted Node 24/26 and CodeQL also passed on this exact head. Hosted Node 24/26 and CodeQL on the current head, then merged-main verification, remain delivery gates.
Historical commits and the private production environment are not rerun. No new SOAP coverage for other manifest boundaries, IDE inspection, release preflight/publication or S02 implementation is claimed. Repository-local type/docs/diff checks are used.
Refs #167 and parent #148; acceptance closure follows merged-main verification.
Independent read-only #167 review approved with no actionable findings. The reviewer verified #145/#210 merge commits, #166 head/main tree equality, BCsabaEngine attribution, current versus historical/contributor evidence, manifest-linked CM findings and S02 entry gates. Documentation/support-matrix/diff checks passed.
Exact documentation head: c2d49e78ca874101ce2232c4640b2fff3667d42b; npm run docs:validate passed after commit. Implementation evidence is reused from unchanged #166 code as described in the PR. Required hosted and merged-main checks remain gates. This is an independent agent review record, not a claimed GitHub-user approval.

Fresh independent review approves final head 2c8d95e6358d51d3115702db98a02d248c3d2dcb after the lxml 6.1.0 correction; no actionable findings. Requirements, manifest and documentation pins agree; libxml2 remains 2.14.6, and the corpus/literal semantic expectations are unchanged. #148 records the bounded test-tool disposition.
npm run reference:setup, full reference qualification (14 cases/40 primary instances), focused tests and documentation/diff checks passed. Fresh npm run ci passed on this exact clean head: 670 tests/55 files, all conformance stages, required reference subset, pipeline smoke and installed-package consumers covering 73 TypeScript artifacts. Hosted Node 24/26 and CodeQL pass on the same head. Merged-main verification remains the final acceptance gate.
