内容脚本自持一套翻译态机：在飞标志、翻译态查询、还原编排、状态推送分支，与编排模块（#325-#328）职责重叠。
根因
#325-#328 的注入面已齐备，content 未切换到纯装配。
修复
内容脚本删除自持翻译态：悬浮球、快捷键、popup 消息三条触发路径都只调用编排模块的开关入口；在飞互斥、准入、状态推送、观察器启停由模块统一执行；content 保留的职责仅限收集构建、渲染与提示渲染（DOM 操作）和消息监听接线。
验证
pnpm typecheck通过；pnpm test641 个用例全部通过；pnpm test:e2e:core34 个用例通过（含连点、在飞还原、隐藏单元补翻等回归）；pnpm build正常。Closes #329
