Version bump for the
v0.12.1tag, plus the pinned example indocs/guide.md.Ships #59: a session topic falls back to the pane's herdr space label before
basename(cwd), so a multi-project fleet whose panes share a parent directory stops titling every topic after that directory when the best-effort agent-name lookup comes back empty.Patch, not minor: no new surface, one naming rule corrected.
