Summary
Serve every model id returned by the live account catalog except the endpoint families verified as non-chat (sam-, muse-image-, muse-voice-*), so new chat models (e.g. Muse Wonder) appear with no plugin update. The static baseline stays as the offline/pre-login fallback only. Supersedes #6: per-model code, baseline, and manifest edits are no longer needed.
