An automated safety and quality testing framework for RAG chatbots. It attacks the bot with 10 prompt-injection techniques, grades answers for hallucinations with an LLM judge, validates the API contract, load-tests it, and drives the UI with Playwright and Selenium. The accuracy eval caught two real bugs (83% → 100% after root-cause fixes), and a model comparison showed the output guardrail blocking leaks a smaller model let through.

A hands-on OT/ICS security lab built in VirtualBox. It proves that Modbus TCP has no authentication — an untrusted host reads and changes an OpenPLC controller's values with no password — captures the attack in tcpdump, then adds a pfSense firewall rule so only one trusted host can reach the PLC on port 502, and shows the same attack blocked. Mapped to the Purdue model and IEC 62443 zones and conduits.
