@ in a shared group stalls on Waiting for the owner's approval #1118

Closed

Description

@Birfy

Symptom

In a local shared group (研发组) that already seats a friend's Bot, the owner @Chief (flybot98b8ecba). The group then shows Waiting for the owner's approval and the friend's Bot never answers in-chat. Sidebar for that friend Bot can also show Rejected. Reproduced on production FlyBot (u-682b8a….botawaken.com) against social.botawaken.com (2026-10-25 Asia/Shanghai).

Owner ask: someone @s a Bot in the group and it stalls on permission — fix it; do not leave this friction.

Screenshot: attached to the CloudAgent launch / issue assets.

Expected

@ a Bot that already shares this group should get an ordinary answer in the group. Putting both Bots in the room (and room-scoped reach on Bot Social) is already standing consent for ordinary room traffic (#45 / #1113 family). An ordinary @ reply must not park on Waiting for the owner's approval with no buttons for the caller.

Hypothesis (verify; discard if wrong)

Social middleware still holds the invited owner's Bot replies ("The invited owner's Bot replies still go through the hold") even when via is room / the seat already has room reach. The caller only sees Waiting for the owner's approval (canDecide !== true). Pair Auto-send / #1117 clears this home's room envelopes; it does not unblock the other home's reply hold, so a cross-home @ still stalls.

Done when

  • @ a friend's Bot (or being @'d) in a shared local group yields an ordinary in-group answer without a stuck Waiting for the owner's approval for ordinary text (no file / DLP / instruction-override finding).
  • Real findings (files, risk, instruction-override) still wait.
  • Tests + changelog + docs invariant updated; PR Fixes this issue; not enqueued by Dev.
