fix(host): the group-room refusal stops pointing a friend's Bot at its own chat (#1271 §2)

Duplicate, closed — this anchor was created a minute after the real one.

§2's closure anchor is #1279 ("#1271 §2：room 拒绝串措辞"), created 10:44:15Z by Triage; this one (10:45:16Z) was written before I saw it. PR #1275 should name Fixes #1279.

Nothing is lost: no PR references this issue, and it is not a sub-issue of #1271.
