Workflow UI: stage/inspector still unreadable; sidebar run status must match real runs #1454

Prod UI still not human-readable (screenshots from owner 2026-10-27). #1452 (layout clip / hide node chat / live Hand-a-task / sidebar rclick) MERGED as f0133279 but not on prod yet.

Symptoms (owner)

1. Stage + right inspector: task prose / 「运行中」 / flowchart chrome overlap — 「这界面是人看的吗」.
2. Sidebar Workflow rows show status like 「Coder 正在处理 #1271 §4：hideConnectorTools 的 catch 改 fail-closed（重建失败保留上一版收窄） #1280…」「Verify 正在处理 label-hygiene: the first live run dies on its first item (422 on #1356), and one error aborts the whole sweep #1418」「Rework 正在处理 label-hygiene: isolate a refused label instead of abandoning the sweep (#1418) #1422」— owner cannot tell if runs are real or fake chrome.
3. Same task text repeated in chat as system/user dumps — noisy, not a normal conversation.

Requirements

• Stage + inspector layout: no overlapping text/labels; readable like normal FlyBot chat + a clear graph panel (reuse ordinary chat components; prompts collapsed).
• Sidebar status text must reflect live workflow/state (real run id / real current node / idle+schedule) — never canned demo strings.
• If a Workflow has no active run: show idle/next-schedule only; do not imply a Bot is processing.
• Keep Fix Workflow stage layout and hide ephemeral node chat #1452 behaviors: no ephemeral node Bot bubbles; no fixture Hand-a-task cards; no overlay onto left app sidebar.

Acceptance

• Open FlyBot issue→PR / PR→merge / 发布交付流水线 / 周报汇总 on prod-equivalent build: no text overlap in stage or inspector.
• Sidebar status matches API state for active vs idle workflows (Debugger or E2E can prove).
• changelog + Docs-not-needed or arch-docs as needed.
