An ordinary @ or reply in a shared group no longer stops on "Waiting for the owner's approval" when the other home has not turned Auto-send on. Seating both Bots in the room is the consent for that text. A file, a DLP finding, a risk flag, or an instruction-override still waits for approval. A face-room line held as policy still waits for the owner (#1118).
