+Feishu (Lark) connector, phase 2: a message the owner types in Feishu can start a turn here over the long connection. The app pair `FEISHU_APP_ID` / `FEISHU_APP_SECRET` is saved through `secret-set` and stays out of `state.json` and the view; the connection is off until `feishu.enabled` is true, dials only from an app pair that is complete, and only the owner's messages start a turn. A replayed `event_id` lands once — the id is remembered only after the message reached its chat, so a handover that failed is retried rather than dropped — the message arrives through the same chat seam a friend's Bot uses, and the answer leaves again on the same `FEISHU_WEBHOOK` the connector already posts with, so one chat has one way in and one way out.
