developers/ttag-format.md says "TigerTag+" where it now means "TigerTag+ Certified" #10

Description

@BenGlut

Since the + was settled — it means the identity carries a catalogue product ID plus optional enrichment, and a signature is what makes it TigerTag+ Certifieddocs/developers/ttag-format.md is one word short in several places. It ties rfidBackup / rfidBackups and the signed factory dump to "TigerTag+ (certified)" spools.

The meaning is right; the term is now incomplete.

This was deliberately left unchanged. That page describes what Tiger Studio actually writes into a .ttag file, not what we would like it to write. Before the wording moves, whoever owns the format should confirm:

  • does the software distinguish a signed + from an unsigned one?
  • does an unsigned TigerTag+ produce an rfidBackup entry, or only a signed one?

Needs the format owner, not an editor.
