Problem
The single most common confusion in #help-and-support isn't a bug — it's people trying the right action with the wrong tool. Some real cases from the channel:
- Chaelin (Aug 25) — tried to assign a spool to a Kobra X slot from Tiger Studio + Pod; that's mobile-only.
- BigChris73 (Aug 20) — tried to write a chipless spool from the mobile app; that needs the Pod.
- gunter (Aug 29) — tried to write a tag from the TigerScale; the Scale only reads and updates weight.
- Euh31 (Jul 5) — chipless "duplicated" spools, unsure how to burn them to a chip.
Each got a correct one-line answer in chat, then the same question came back from the next person. There's no page that lays out, in one place, which of the four surfaces does what.
Proposal
A short reference page — "Which tool does what" — with a single capability matrix. Reconstructed from the team's own answers in the channel:
