Add a "Which tool does what" reference (mobile / Studio+Pod / Scale capability matrix) #18

Description

Problem

The single most common confusion in #help-and-support isn't a bug — it's people trying the right action with the wrong tool. Some real cases from the channel:

  • Chaelin (Aug 25) — tried to assign a spool to a Kobra X slot from Tiger Studio + Pod; that's mobile-only.
  • BigChris73 (Aug 20) — tried to write a chipless spool from the mobile app; that needs the Pod.
  • gunter (Aug 29) — tried to write a tag from the TigerScale; the Scale only reads and updates weight.
  • Euh31 (Jul 5) — chipless "duplicated" spools, unsure how to burn them to a chip.

Each got a correct one-line answer in chat, then the same question came back from the next person. There's no page that lays out, in one place, which of the four surfaces does what.

Proposal

A short reference page — "Which tool does what" — with a single capability matrix. Reconstructed from the team's own answers in the channel:

Action Tiger NFC Connect (mobile) Tiger Studio + Pod TigerScale
Write a TigerTag to a blank chip ❌ (reads / updates weight only)
Burn a chipless TigerData / TigerData+ to a chip only
Assign a spool to a printer slot only ❌ (not implemented)
Twin Tag (two chips, one spool) ✅ Dual Link ✅ two readers + "Link to twin Spool" repair
Recycle / format a chip partial
Update remaining weight

(Rows to be confirmed against the current builds before publishing — some of these are moving as features migrate from desktop to mobile.)

Offer

I can PR this once you confirm the matrix is accurate for the current versions — you're the only ones who can validate the "not implemented yet" cells, since those move release to release. Better to get the truth table signed off by the team than to publish my reconstruction and have it drift.
