Release 1.20.7: the TC-1132 webhook, quota, and tunnel egress hardening (#292). Bumps
tinycloud-node-serverto 1.20.7 in Cargo.toml and both Cargo.lock files, and adds the 1.20.7 CHANGELOG section as in docs/releasing.md. The changelog also notes the test-only DID source guard expansion from #290, which was not covered by 1.20.6. Webhook delivery uses bounded egress policy, quota requests encode the SpaceId as one path segment, and tunnel requests disable redirects with a 30-second total deadline. Network DID methods remain disabled by default. Merging tagsv1.20.7via release-plz; production promotion remains a separate manual dispatch. Sam approved releasing TC-1132 as 1.20.7.
