Release 1.21.0 from main e6ccb0a. Bumps
tinycloud-node-server(the only released crate; core/auth/sdk arerelease = false) +Cargo.lock+test/m1-realdata-e2e/Cargo.lock, per f12ad15. Moves[Unreleased]to[1.21.0] - 2026-10-18with a Release notes section.Version is manual per docs/releasing.md (release-plz cannot compute bumps here, TC-342). Merging tags
v1.21.0via the release-plzreleasejob; cargo-dist then creates the GitHub Release (notes = this changelog section). Supersedes #282.
