1. Use `condition-case` to check quit signal, if quit, retrun nil. 2. Only eval `gitmoji-insert--action` if X not nil. issue: Tiv0w#1
After load consult but not call consult related function, consult is not in FEATURES, featurep will return nill.
ivy should have version, otherwise, will cause version error
