The change makes sense, especially in order to be able to model in relation to the platform, particularly in the event of lift and escalator failures.

In AffectedStopPlace and also AffectedVehicleJourney one can define a number of affected facilities. However, for an AffectedStopPoint (or also "platform") this is not possible. The CR changes that and extends the respective structure.
