Allows NumPy 2.5.x with a <2.6 bound, requires Numba >=0.67, updates mkdocstrings-python to 2.0.8, and aligns VTK annotations with meshio ArrayLike typing. Verified with pip check, Ruff, Pyright, 586 tests plus 6 subtests, 83.91% coverage, and a strict MkDocs build.
