• Took upstream's registry test, which now loads the fake Claude CLI from a fixture file carrying the same script the fork had inline, including the fix that keeps it from outliving the test.
• Kept both sides in the orchestrator: the fork's background-capable turn item set and upstream's preparation-result helper are independent and both still in use.
• Dropped ledger 0025 because both test fixtures it covered now carry the equivalent fix upstream.

Dictation survives an invalid task target

Changing the scheduled-task environment or starting a new editor session leaves the global dictation running against a target that readDraftMessage now treats as gone, so the mic stays on and the transcript is dropped. The controller no longer cancels when ownerKey changes, and startScheduledTaskEditor only bumps the session id.
