Summary

Update main to the published jvspatial==0.1.1 release across package metadata, both requirements files, the agent guide, integration reference, and changelog.

This is the clean mainline promotion of PR #253. It supersedes the closed dev-to-main PR #254, whose changelog and integration-guide history conflicted with main.

Validation

• PR chore(deps): pin jvspatial 0.1.1 #253 passed the full jvagent test, pre-commit, harness, and jvchat CI jobs.
• Fresh Python 3.11 pip install -e '.[test]' resolved jvspatial 0.1.1 from PyPI; pip check passed.
• Published jvspatial 0.1.1 created all ten jvagent Action indexes in a real PostgreSQL schema.
• The mainline branch passed local pre-commit and full pytest pre-push hooks.
