…e asked for UAX #29 SB8 keeps a terminator joined to a following word that opens lowercase, which also joined 'stopped. 3 tests'. A number after a terminator and a space now opens a sentence; the abbreviation merge rejoins 'Fig. 3' and 'Eq. 2'. UnicodeSentenceSplitter::with_lowercase_starts(true) opens one at a lowercase word too, for a reader counting claims rather than reflowing prose; formatting keeps SB8.

Each file under tests/ built as its own crate, so cargo test --release linked 135 optimised binaries, as many at once as the job server allowed, and a 96-thread host ran out of 377 GiB (#504). tests/integration.rs takes every file as a module; pandoc_parity_speed keeps its own process because it sets the pandoc cache variables other tests read. CI's pandoc test filters the one binary by module.
