The single integration binary took the name tests/integration.rs, which already held the CLI tests; #518 replaced them. They return as tests/cli_integration.rs, a module of the one binary.

The version bump left the action pins, editor lockfiles, editor readmes, and the conda recipe version on v0.11.7. The recipe sha256 stays until the tag tarball exists.

Release v0.11.8 from
release-v0.11.8ontomain.The fixes since v0.11.7 are already on main. This branch pins every channel to v0.11.8, adds the changelog section, and restores the 42 CLI tests that the consolidated integration binary overwrote.
