ui: token page hero, trade panel and details

Part 7 of 9 of the UI overhaul, stacked on #61. Each PR's diff is only its own step; review and merge in order.

The token page redesign.

What changes

• Hero: the token's card cover as a band, the way back and the chain as glass chips, the mark ringed in the token's tint (from its logo, per theme), name, pair badge, launch age, and the market cap with the quote detail under it.
• Trade panel: segmented buy and sell, amount presets, and the price impact shown before you sign (price-impact.ts). Reads the hydration-safe account.
• Proof panel (proof.ts, TokenProof): five facts read from the chain or the launch transaction, worded plainly and never scored.
• About card with socials; holders, trades, receipt, details tabs and copy chips restyled.
• The loading frame (PendingTokenHeader, loading.tsx) holds the hero's shape, so the row-to-page morph lands in place.
• tintServer.ts reads the logo's colours on the server for the tint.

Checks on this branch: lint, tsc --noEmit, npm test (906 pass, 0 fail, 10 skipped), next build.
