feat: mlbundle 0.1.0a2 with schema contract v2

Promotes develop to main for the 0.1.0a2 pre-alpha.

What changes since 0.1.0a1

• schema.json is always written and always required. With training_data= it is inferred from the frame ("source": "training_data"); without it, mlschema infers a default from one row ("source": "default").
• Field mappedTo is the feature name when the model exposes names, and the 0-based position otherwise. Generated names start at feature_0.
• export(..., onehot_separator="__"); the separator is stored in schema.json.
• One report per model output, mapped by 0-based output position, with class labels as strings. The manifest keeps the typed labels.
• export(..., target_names=[...]) replaces target_name; the manifest records target.names.
• Every export needs the schema extra. inspect and load do not.
• A contract test compares the closed field vocabulary with mlschema's models.
• README install lines pin the version instead of using --pre.

Compatibility

Bundles written by 0.1.0a1 are rejected and must be re-exported. Format 1 is not frozen.

Verification

• CI on develop for feat: require schema v2 and output-major targets #18: lint, types, build, wheel tests on Ubuntu and Windows.
• Local: 1,543 tests, 91.94% coverage; twine check --strict passes for both artifacts.
• Real models: five owner models export with and without a frame and predict identically to the originals.
