Replaces the hand-rolled publish job in
.github/workflows/pub_publish.yamlwith the reusabledart_pub_publishworkflow fromVeryGoodOpenSource/very_good_workflows.This removes the duplicated checkout/setup/dry-run/publish steps and keeps publishing behavior aligned with the shared VGV workflow, while retaining the
id-token: writepermission required for OIDC authentication.Closes #52
