feat(diann): Add large file mode and anomaly score modeling

Motivation & Context

We would like to add large data handling (out of memory) and anomaly score modeling with DIANN in MSstatsShiny.

Subtasks

• Added integration with bigDIANNtoMSstatsFormat
• Added integration with anomaly scores for DIANN for both big and regular converters

Tests

• Added unit tests for server side functionality
