docs: tubafrenzy cutover is 2026-09-07, not 2026-08-31 - #231

The date moved on 2026-08-28. Not an engineering slip: 24 DJs currently on the schedule have either never created a Backend account or never finished the account-creation flow, and the cutover darkens the classic flowsheet UI, which is the only surface they can log a show on. Reaching them is a management task and management is absorbed in hiring the incoming DJ class.
Comment- and doc-only. Every touched string is a forward-looking reference to the tubafrenzy cutover that these successor pages replace.
__tests__/easternTime.test.js keeps its 2026-08-31 assertion. That is startOfWeek("2026-09-02") returning the Monday of that week, which is genuinely 2026-08-31 and has nothing to do with tubafrenzy.
