Migrates off the old @wyre-technology org identity per the fleet-wave checklist:

  • package.json: name -> @wyre-ai/node-syncro; repository/bugs/homepage URLs -> WYRE-AI
  • package-lock.json: package name
  • .github/workflows/release.yml: setup-node scope -> @WYRE-AI
  • CONTRIBUTING/CODE_OF_CONDUCT/CHANGELOG/dependabot org references

Verified locally: build green, 68/68 tests pass.
